I recommend at least 1-2 weeks notice for custom orders. Larger or highly detailed orders may require additional time. My calendar fills up quickly, so please let me know as soon as you can! It is never too early to place your order - even if you don't have all of the details.

Yes! I offer a ton of different gluten free options! All cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cookie cakes, cake pops, and more can be made gluten free!
Yes! I require a $25 non-refundable deposit on all orders. If your order is over $200, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will come off of your total balance.
I accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Pay Pal, and Apple Pay! I can also accept checks from companies.
Absolutely! Please do - that would be weird if you got a surprise and hated it haha! All of my cakes allow for customization so you will choose the flavor and design of your cake!
Unfortunately, no. I try my best to make your inspiration photos come to life, but I never want to copy another artist's work exactly! I typically take a few of your inspiration photos and mash them together for a perfect combination!
For cakes, you can mix the flavors if you are doing a 9in or 12in round cake, for cupcakes, you can mix the flavors every dozen, for jumbo cookies and cookie cakes, you can mix-in whatever your heart desires!
I offer anything you can imagine! Check out my menu to look at my most popular cake flavors as well as filling flavors! If you do not see a flavor you are wanting, let me know and we will make it happen!
I am located in Richwood, Ohio! I am about 20-25 minutes from Marysville, Marion, and Delaware, and about 35-45 minutes from Dublin, Powell, Lewis Center, Polaris, and Westerville. I will send you my address once an order is placed!

Yes - but please have someone message me when they arrive, so I can run their order to them. However, if you have someone else pickup your order please note that the order is their responsibility once they leave.
Please communicate that with me as soon as you know you are going to be late! I understand that things happen; however, I also plan my day around your pickup time! If you miss your pickup time by 30 minutes you may be asked to reschedule or your order will be forfeited.
Place all orders on a flat surface. The car floor is typically the safest place for all orders! Keep the car cool and avoid holding it in your lap or seat.
Yes, please do! Any order with buttercream icing or a filling should be in the fridge. Pull out of fridge about 1 hour before serving to allow it to come to room temperature.
Once the order is in your possession, you are responsible for the order. I am not responsible for damage caused during transport, damage caused by heat or humidity, weather, poor storage, and poor handling. While, I understand things happen, if you need your cake fixed, please let me know immediately! If I have availability, I will absolutely fix it for you for an additional fee!
Yes!! I will try my best to accommodate any allergy! Please keep in mind that all products share baking tools and utensils and cannot guarantee cross contamination; however, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between orders.
Each cake, cookie, or cupcake made, is completely homemade, using fresh ingredients and personal recipes and don't use cheap or boxed ingredients. I also spend a lot of time and effort planning your order and creating the design to bring your inspiration to life! All of that doesn't go into the actual baking time as well as the time spent decorating and boxing/wrapping your order up. I understand that custom orders can be very expensive; however, I try my best to work with everyone! Please just communicate with me!
I occasionally run promotions, but custom orders are priced individually based on design and size of order.
I do not offer refunds. If you are requesting a refund, you must message me within 1-2 hours after pickup, with a detailed explanation of your refund request, and provide photo evidence.
Yes! You can make changes to your order up to a week before you order date! Please keep in mind that if you have extra decorations and decor requested for your order, you will still be required to pay for any decorations already purchased if they cannot be returned. Please also be aware that your new decorations may not arrive in time.
